Through partnerships with regional NGOs, government agencies, and business leaders, Southern Oregon Forest Restoration Collaborative (SOFRC) coordinates impactful restoration projects prioritizing forest health, wildfire resilience, and sustainable workforce development. SOFRC also plays a key role in educational outreach and workforce training, delivering forestry and fire-focused curricula to Southern Oregon schools and communities.
As we work to implement these initiatives, we will need dedicated team members passionate about restoration, innovation, and community collaboration.

For all applicants, actual pay will fall within a range based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
The compensation package includes a combination of salary, healthcare stipend, retirement contributions, and paid time off (generous flexible medical leave and vacation time).
We are a tight-knit team at SOFRC who believe in work-life balance, we all do our best when there is the flexibility to care for other parts of our lives when needed.
